PAYMENT / DEPOSIT - BALANCE:

TOURIST TAX:
The tourist tax has been compulsory since January 2019, it must be paid in addition to the rental price on arrival because it is paid directly to the municipality. It is applicable only for adults.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND HOUSEHOLD DEPOSIT:
Your credit card details will serve as a deposit for any damage and cleaning (if not done). We reserve the right to pre-authorize € 500 on your card as a deposit which will be returned to you in the week following your departure. Any damage found on your departure or just after in the week following your departure (during cleaning) will be billed via your credit card. (according to repair invoice or replacement purchase invoice).
Any complete cleaning of the 5-person House or of the apartment (only Stays of 1 and 2 nights for the 5-person House), or of the summer kitchen, not done or badly done will be charged 50 € per accommodation via your card banking. ANIMALS :
For accommodation at the Domaine in Grans (Double Rooms and Houses for 5 people) : Supplement of 8 € / night OR 35 € / Week.

Pets are not allowed in the Salon de Provence 4-person apartment.

RECEPTION (ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES):
We do not have a reception, the reception of our tenants is done directly in the rental.
Arrival: Your rental is available from 4 p.m.
For any arrival after 7 p.m., a key box system has been set up to allow greater flexibility in arrival times and thus satisfy the greatest number of people. In this case the balance of the stay will be paid before arrival.
Departure: Your rental must be vacated before 11 am with an inventory scheduled for 10:30 am.

The keys to the 'Annexe d'Alèzen' apartment in Salon are to be collected from the Domaine in Grans.

No impromptu reception or party will be accepted ... (family reunion, family meal or others ...)
For insurance and regulatory reasons, it is strictly forbidden to welcome guests on the Estate or in your rental. (except exceptional agreement of the owners).

MODIFICATION-CANCELLATION OF STAY:
- MODIFICATION OF STAY BY THE TENANT:
For any stay shortened, canceled or delayed arrival reported less than 45 days before the start of the stay, the entire stay is due. The balance will therefore be debited from your credit card when the cancellation is announced. In the event of a stay cut short during the stay, the entire stay is due. Any tenant, who will have abusive and disrespectful behavior on site, in particular by not respecting these rental conditions, must leave the Estate and its rental without any reimbursement of the stay being possible. You must occupy the premises personally, the rental contract being nominative and not transferable or transferable. HOUSEWORK :
* For Double Rooms: End of stay cleaning of the room is included (No daily cleaning) - The summer kitchen must be cleaned by you.
* For the 5-person Houses and the T2 Apartment: For stays of 1 to 2 nights, complete cleaning of the gîte must be carried out by you. For stays of 3 nights or more: Compulsory cleaning charge of € 50 per gîte (to be paid in addition)

  * For Apartment T2: full cleaning of the apartment must be done by you or invoiced.
